Our philosophy is simple: an employee who understands their benefits will use them better, complain less, and stay longer. So we put education first — year-round, in plain English, built into the system instead of bolted on top of it.

That's also why we administer through Confirmidy, a benefits administration platform built around ongoing education rather than a once-a-year enrollment funnel. Employees can ask questions, look things up, and learn how their plan actually works any week of the year — not just the two weeks before the deadline.
